From one-off repairs, for a service charge plus the price of parts.
To fixed price Monthly, Bi-Monthly or quarterly service visits plus the price of parts.

Lighting Maintenance

We provide both planned and reactive lighting maintenance.
Our services include:

• Office - Replacement or Repair to Fitted Lights connected to Mains Including Ceiling Lights, Fluorescent Lights, Spot Lights, Pendant Lights, Wall Lights, LED Panels, Louvre Lights and Emergency Lights
• Home/Residential - Replacement or Repair to Fitted Lights connected to Mains Including Ceiling Lights, Florescent Lights, Spot Lights, Pendant Lights, Wall Lights, LED Panels, Louvre Lights and Emergency Lights
• Lighting Refurbishments
• We do not cover repairs to portable lamps including Desk Lamps, Floor lamps, Uplighters Occasional House Lamps

We offer a partial or group re-lamping service –
When a lighting installation is new, the light level is high and the quality of light is excellent,
In normal use the lamps suffer a decrease in efficiency.
Most fluorescent tubes will decrease to around 60% of initial rated light output at about half of rated life.
This means the tubes will be using the same amount of power for half the amount of light.
